Verification process?If you'd like to get verified with the Bullsuite team and become an official shopper, we offer FaceTime calls to address any important questions or concerns. Please send your verification inquiry to our team via Telegram or Signal.

How long does the shipping process take?At Bullsuite, we offer complimentary 2-day air shipping via USPS and UPS. Overnight or next-day shipping is also available at an additional cost. Please consult with our sales representative to discuss your preferred shipping method.

How to place your order?Please add all the items you'd like to purchase to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. Once there, take a screenshot of your product list and reach out to our sales representative via Telegram or Signal chat. They will assist you with your order promptly.

Is every package fully insured?Yes, at Bullsuite, we provide 100% insurance on all packages during transit. If a package is lost, stolen, or held during transit, we will issue a full replacement or a full refund for that specific order. However, once the tracking status shows the package as delivered, we are no longer responsible for the package. Please consult with our sales representative before placing your order.

How and when will I receive my tracking number?If you place your order before our cut-off time of 2 PM PST, your tracking number will be available by 3 PM PST, and your package will be dropped off the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed the next business day. Your tracking number will be sent via the corresponding chat platform by our sales rep, no later than 3 PM PST.
